Stage 1 · Completely Free

Free In-Home Consultation

Jose Ruiz (20+ years, Sales Director) comes to your home. He measures every inch, discusses your vision, and designs your new kitchen or bathroom in 3D — right there, or delivers the rendering within 48 hours.

You receive a preliminary cost estimate based on the design. No obligation. No pressure. The design and estimate are free regardless of whether you proceed.

Stage 2 · DESIGN PACKAGE · YOURS TO KEEP

The Design Package

If Stage 1 feels right, we move to the full design package. This is a $500 investment that produces detailed CAD drawings, a complete material specification list, and a full itemized proposal — everything a contractor needs to build your project.

These drawings are yours to keep regardless of your decision. You can take them to any contractor. We believe in our pricing and our work — we don't need to hold your designs hostage to earn your business.

Stage 3 · Final Proposal & Build

Final Proposal, Contract & Project Kickoff

Jose presents the final proposal. If you're ready, we sign and schedule. Tim Yaxley (CGC1535490, 30 years South Florida construction) takes over all on-site operations — permit applications, demolition coordination, subcontractor management, inspections, and final walkthrough.

You have one point of contact for sales (Jose) and one licensed GC managing the build (Tim). No handoffs to strangers. No surprises mid-project.

How quickly can you schedule the free in-home visit?

Typically same week. We schedule 4–6 free design visits per week across Palm Beach County. Call (561) 668-5088 or submit the form above and Jose will contact you same day.

Is the $500 design deposit credited toward my project?

Yes, completely. The CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and full itemized proposal are yours regardless of whether you choose to proceed with us. We stand behind our pricing — we don't need to hold your designs to earn your business.

Who manages the actual construction?

Tim Yaxley — our co-owner and licensed General Contractor (CGC1535490, 30 years South Florida construction experience) — personally manages every project from permit application through final walkthrough. You will meet Tim before work begins.

How long does a kitchen remodel take?

Our minimum kitchen completion timeline is 3 weeks from demo start to final walkthrough for a standard kitchen. Larger or more complex projects take longer — Tim gives you a specific timeline during Stage 3 planning before any work begins.

Do you pull permits?

Yes. As a licensed General Contractor (CGC1535490), we pull all required permits for every applicable project. Florida law requires a licensed GC for remodeling work over $2,500. Any contractor telling you permits aren't needed is either wrong or putting your home at risk.
