Rob's Kitchen · Palm Beach Gardens Waterfront
Rob had lived with honey-oak cabinets and black granite since 2003. He wanted a full gut — new layout, ceiling-height cabinets, a waterfall island — but had been quoted $120,000+ by two other contractors. Jose came out, measured, and designed it in 3D on the first visit. The final number was $67,000. Tim's crew completed demo-to-walkthrough in 21 days. Rob's wife sent us this message when it was done: "I cry every time I walk in."
Kitchen · Parkland · Navy Island Statement Remodel
Michelle's Kitchen · Parkland
Michelle wanted a bold kitchen — navy island, custom range hood, statement lighting — not the safe neutral that most contractors tried to talk her into. Janet worked with her on every finish selection. The navy-and-white combination with Calacatta waterfall ended up being photographed by three neighbors who later became clients. Total timeline: 18 days from permit to walkthrough.
Waterfront Kitchen Transformation — Palm Beach Gardens
Complete kitchen renovation on a waterfront home. White shaker cabinets with floor-to-ceiling crown, dramatic blue-grey marble waterfall island, polished large-format porcelain tile, and Café appliances with brushed bronze hardware throughout.

Waterfront Kitchen · Palm Beach Gardens
This was a second phase for the same homeowner — after seeing what we did with the cabinets and countertops, they came back for flooring and a countertop upgrade. What started as a cabinet refresh turned into the full transformation you see here. The lesson: when the design is right, everything else follows.

Before & After: Bathroom Remodels
Master bath tub-to-shower conversions and full guest bath refreshes — tile work, vanities, glass, and fixtures all by our crew.
Master Bath · Boynton Beach · Full Gut Renovation
Ann's Master Bath · Boynton Beach
Ann had a tub she hadn't used in 11 years taking up half her master bath. We removed it, extended the shower into that space, added a frameless glass enclosure, double vanity, and Calacatta porcelain tile floor to ceiling. Before the visit, Ann said her budget was $18,000. After seeing the 3D design, she said, "whatever it takes." Final project: $34,000. She calls it the best money she's ever spent.
Guest Bath · Complete Refresh
Guest Bath · Boynton Beach
Not every remodel is a $60,000 kitchen. This guest bath refresh — new floating vanity, subway tile surround, updated fixtures, and a new mirror — was completed in 4 days for $9,200. The homeowner said their guests now think it's a boutique hotel bathroom.
Master Bath Transformation — Boynton Beach
Full gut renovation. Tub removed entirely — shower now runs the full length of the wall. Gray vanity replaced with white shaker double vanity. Brushed nickel swapped for matte black throughout. Calacatta porcelain wall tile with a gray glass subway accent band, penny tile shower floor, and LVP bathroom floor.

Before & After: Flooring & Countertops
Whole-home LVP installs and laminate-to-quartz countertop replacements — the two upgrades that transform a home the fastest.
Flooring · Palm Beach Gardens · Large-Format Polished Porcelain
Flooring · Palm Beach Gardens Waterfront
The original cream tile throughout this waterfront home was original to 2001 — fine for its era, dated for today. We installed large-format 32×32 polished porcelain throughout the main living areas. The grout lines disappeared, the ceilings felt taller, and the natural light bouncing off the polished surface transformed every room. Three-day install.
Countertops · Palm Beach Gardens · Marble Waterfall Island
Countertop Replacement · Palm Beach Gardens
This homeowner wasn't ready for a full kitchen remodel yet, but the black granite had to go. We removed the old countertops and installed a custom blue-grey marble waterfall island with matching perimeter counters. New undermount sink, new faucet. Two days, $14,500. The cabinets look completely new without touching them.
