We handle everything: framing modifications if needed, full-room built-in cabinetry, vanity counter, lighting upgrade, flooring, and paint. Because Tim is a licensed GC, any permits required are pulled and managed by us.
Do you need a permit for a custom closet?
For most closet projects — adding shelving and built-ins to an existing closet space — no permit is required. If we're modifying walls, adding electrical circuits for lighting, or converting a room, a permit is typically required. Tim (CGC1535490) handles all permit coordination when needed. We never skip permits on work that legally requires them.
How long does closet installation take?
Most reach-in and walk-in closet installs complete in 3–5 business days. Full dressing room conversions that include flooring, electrical, and full cabinetry typically run 7–14 business days. Jose will give you a realistic timeline before we start — and Tim holds to it.
Can I see finish samples before deciding?
Yes. Janet has door style samples and finish swatches at our Canyon Town Center showroom. We also bring samples to your home during the design visit so you can see them in your actual light and against your existing floors and walls. We never ask you to commit to a finish you haven't seen in person.
