Do you work as a subcontractor on full home builds? +

Yes. We regularly partner with general contractors and custom home builders to handle kitchen, bathroom, and flooring scope within a larger build or whole-home remodel. We work under your schedule and coordinate directly with your project manager or site super.

Are you licensed to operate as a sub in Florida? +

Yes. Tim Yaxley holds Florida GC license CGC1535490, verified through the DBPR. We carry full general liability and workers compensation. COIs are available to the GC of record upon request.

What's your typical lead time for kitchen or bathroom scope? +

We can typically mobilize within 1–2 weeks of scope confirmation, depending on material lead times. Kitchen installations run 2–3 weeks on-site. Bathroom scope runs 1–2 weeks. We coordinate our schedule with your critical path and communicate directly with your site team.

Do you procure materials or work with GC-supplied materials? +

Both. We can procure all materials through our supplier network at trade pricing, or install GC-supplied or owner-supplied materials. Material responsibility is aligned in the scope agreement upfront β€” no surprises at billing.
