Jose's approach is simple: show the homeowner exactly what they're getting before they commit to a dollar.

Janet manages our Canyon Town Center showroom and guides clients through material selections during the design phase. With an eye for what works in South Florida homes, she helps homeowners choose cabinet styles, countertop materials, flooring, and finishes that match their vision and their lifestyle.

Tim joined as co-owner in June 2024, bringing 30 years of South Florida construction experience and his Florida GC license (CGC1535490). He manages every job site from demo day through final walkthrough — pulling permits, coordinating licensed subcontractors, and holding the standard on every project. Tim's presence on the job site means nothing gets missed.

In 76 completed projects, we've had two situations where something didn't go according to plan. One was a tile that arrived cracked from the supplier. One was a cabinet door that came in wrong from the factory. Both were discovered mid-install — not after the homeowner moved back in.

Here's what happened in both cases: I called the homeowner before they knew. I told them exactly what the problem was, what I was doing to fix it, and how many days the timeline would shift. In both cases, the solution was in place within a week. No arguments about who was at fault. No invoices for "extras." We fixed it.
